Territory Account Manager—PagerDuty

MarketStar has a opening for a Territory Account Manager in Ogden, Utah.  We are looking for hard-working, technically savvy people who are motivated and have an appetite for building lasting business relationships. 
In this position you would represent Pager Duty.  PagerDuty is an incident management platform that provides reliable notifications, automatic escalations, on-call scheduling, and other functionality to help teams detect and fix infrastructure problems quickly. The Territory Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for end-users and manages existing and newly acquired accounts. 

What will you do?
• Excellent sales skills with proven ability to maximize sales results 
• Results-oriented with proven success in sales attainment and ability to excel in a team environment 
• Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology 
• Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition 
• Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone and email 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence 
• Prioritize work to achieve/exceed quota 
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations as needed 
• Provide on-line demonstrations of services 
• Provide technical information for products and services 
• Make outbound calls to prospects—high call volume required to new(prospecting) and existing accounts 

Desired attributes for success:
• Minimum of one year of sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred 
• Experience in Account Management within the SMB space 
• Experience in complex sales processes with a 2 week to 24-month sales cycle 
• Proven success in a quota driven, high demand sales environment 
• High cognitive ability with a passion for finding solutions to challenges 
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain current comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services 
• Engaging and dynamic sales skills with proven ability to meet sales and performance goals 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong telephone presence 
• Ability to build and foster client relationships via the telephone 
• Ability to work in highly dynamic, fast paced working environment where self-motivated individuals succeed
• Salesforce.com or other CRM use experience preferred
