Customer Success Representative – Asana

MarketStar is looking for Customer Success Representatives (CSR) for our Asana Team in Ogden, Utah. This is a world-class brand in the team project and task management industry, with apps and integrations across the web and multiple operating systems. They are changing the way teams work and empowering them to do great things together through their task management platform.

As a CSR you will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. Your role will be to proactively discover and uncover their needs, advocate engagement, train and assist with some setup and help them best utilize the platform, ultimately driving customer retention, advocacy, and utilization of the platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, communication skills and solution building skills while being persistent and resilient in striving to hit and exceed sales goals.

Key responsibilities and attributes for success:

  • Manage a high volume of customer accounts
  • Build relationships of influence with customers and work collaboratively with the Asana sales team to maintain and grow relationships
  • Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to excel in achieving individual and team results
  • Provide consultative and strategic guidance to customers to promote platform adoption
  • Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate these to customers and the sales team
  • Troubleshoot and optimize strategic product usage
  • Communicate new feature and enhancement suggestions to the Asana Product Team
  • Manage customer profile information and update all activities in CRM system

What’s required to be considered?

  • Minimum one year of account management, customer success or B2B sales experience; some direct sales preferred
  • Two or more years of experience successfully managing customer accounts preferred
  • Project and task management experience preferred, especially the use of platforms such as Asana
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
  • Engaging, and persuasive presentation skills with the ability to upsell as possible
  • Innovative, willing and able to contribute creative solutions to problems as they arise
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
