Client Success Representative – Pandora

Marketstar is currently hiring a Client Success Representative for our Pandora team in Salt Lake City.  If you’re an engaging, goal-oriented individual who is ready to join one of the most successful and fastest growing direct sales programs at MarketStar, we have a great opportunity for you.
As a Client Success Representative (CSR), you will play an integral role for Pandora’s SMB advertisers. As such, the CSR has an important part in representing the Pandora brand. You’ll be engaging existing and prospective advertisers (both brands and agencies) via phone and email to increase adoption of the Pandora self-serve tool and help qualify certain advertisers for our Inside Sales team. Key to being successful in this role is the combined ability to create influential relationships with advertisers and agencies, leading to increased self-serve tool adoption and qualifying potential new advertisers.

What will you do?
• Manage to a high-volume list of accounts.
• Engage in value proposition-based business-level conversations to influence customers and, ultimately, increase adoption.
• Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate these to sales and clients.
• Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance for clients.
• Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of Pandora’s value proposition.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships.
• Qualify and set up discovery calls for the Pandora inside sales team via inbound and self-prospected leads.
• Meet/exceed hourly activity goals by making a high volume of outreach through phone, e-mail and social channels
• Engage with customers via telephone and email to warm up lead.
• Conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner
• Ability to converse with and influence marketing organizations.
• Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly metric goals for customer acquisition and adoption.

Desired attributes for success:
• 2 or more years of experience in an inside selling motion including cold calling preferred.
• Proven success in exceptional sales attainment required in a quota-driven, high demand environment.
• Excellent phone and email etiquette
• Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, outgoing personality, not afraid to talk to strangers!)
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology.
• Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence.
• Experience with or is a plus.
