Channel Account Manager – Samsung
 
MarketStar is looking for Channel Account Managers to be a part of one of our newest client sales team, Samsung, in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. Our Client’s mobility platform delivers the flexibility and security that business demands, with business services and support that ensures a mobile solution that succeeds and grows with the organization.
 
MarketStar is looking for hard-working, technically savvy people who are motivated and have an appetite for building lasting business relationships. We need sales professionals with wireless experience and a passion to help grow the leader of the global market in high-tech electronics manufacturing and digital media.
 
In this position you would represent one of the world’s leading providers of mobile solutions, focusing on products for small to medium sized businesses. The Channel Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for Samsung Channel Partners.
 
What will you do?
• Excellent sales skills with proven ability to maximize sales results
• Results-oriented with proven success in sales attainment and ability to excel in a team environment
• Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
• Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations as needed
• Provide on-line demonstrations of services
• Make outbound calls to prospects—high call volume required to new(prospecting) and existing accounts
• Consistently build and manage a sales pipeline through CRM utilization
 
Desired attributes for success:
• Minimum of one year of channel sales experience preferred
• One or more years working in the mobile solutions industry preferred
• Experience in Account Management within the SMB space
• Experience in complex sales processes with a 2-week to 6-month sales cycle
• Salesforce.com or other CRM use experience preferred
